Some wear smiles on their faces and look normal at first glance, others are doing the same old activities without knowing what lies ahead. A few, however, seem to know what fate has in store for them. The stories behind each image are certainly heart-breaking, especially for their loved ones.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/v2\/resize:fit:634\/1*DO051gx4K78i0zZmzfjGIg.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In April 2014,\u00a017-year-old Xenia Ignatyeva\u00a0climbed nearly 30 feet to the top of a railway bridge in St. Petersburg, Russia to take a selfie. On her way down, the teen slipped and grabbed onto a hanging \u2014 but very live \u2014 wire. Tragically, Xenia was electrocuted by 1,500 watts before she even hit the ground.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/v2\/resize:fit:620\/1*vp9mQLi4jGr36zgWaW_Now.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On October 25, 2018, 29-year-old Vishnu Viswanath and his wife, 30-year-old Meenakshi Moorthy, took a trip to\u00a0Yosemite National Park. The couple, who ran a travel blog together, set up a tripod on the edge of Taft Point to take a selfie after sharing a few drinks. Sadly, their bruised and battered bodies were later found 800 feet below, having presumably tripped and fallen.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.life.ru\/posts\/2012\/12\/107879\/400-2.jpg\" alt=\"\u0412 \u0421\u0428\u0410 \u043c\u0443\u0436\u0447\u0438\u043d\u0430 \u043f\u043e\u0433\u0438\u0431 \u043f\u043e\u0434 \u043f\u043e\u0435\u0437\u0434\u043e\u043c \u0438\u0437-\u0437\u0430 \u0444\u043e\u0442\u043e\u0433\u0440\u0430\u0444\u0430\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The picture above shows the man a few seconds before the train knocks him over. Sadly, he was not able to get off the railway tracks and save his life. In total, 144 people died from Flight 182, including 137 passengers. The astronauts in the image below had no idea what was about to happen to them just 73 seconds after take-off. Traveling to space is an enviable adventure until your aircraft collapses.<\/p>\n<p>All seven astronauts aboard the shuttle died after its fuel tank malformed and external forces tore the aircraft apart.
